The ThrowMax flexible arm brace that shows players how to throw correctly both overhand and underhand. How many times have you told players to "get your elbow higher" when they throw? Players learn by seeing, hearing and feeling. The ThrowMax helps them to feel the proper arm position. The ThrowMax flexible arm brace is designed to keep players from using incorrect arm motions. It does not allow the elbow to bend beyond approximately 90 degrees. By not allowing the arm to bend much beyond 90 degrees, players will automatically compensate by raising their elbow to shoulder height or higher to throw the ball. This is good. This is the start of a mechanically correct over hand throw. Practice to improve and train to be great at http://www.BaseballTrainingStore.com.
